Step 1. Remove your credit card information
Step 2. Remove your email address
Step 3. Be unmatchable, blank your profile and remove your photos
Step 4. Cancel your subscription (i.e., turn off auto-renewal)
Step 5. Close your account and get your refund
Step 6. Request email proof that your profile is gone
