You can close your PayPal account in four easy steps.
First, you must log in to your PayPal account at PayPal.com using the e-mail and password associated with your account.
Second, click on the link labeled “Profile” at the top of the screen.
Third, click on the “My Settings” link on the left side of the screen.
Finally, click the “Close Account” link in the Account Type section. Follow the steps given to cancel your PayPal account.
