How to Cancel Your Sam’s Club Membership?


You can cancel your Sam’s Club membership by visiting a local Sam’s Club store, submitting your card, asking your your membership to be canceled, and submitting your card.



If you cannot reach a Sam’s Club location, you can submit written request for the cancellation of your membership to one of the following addresses based on where you started your membership:
